  I had the best experience with Jackie Short at Mattress Firm’s Batavia location. The best thing I’ve done so far this year was to take time out to search for a new mattress. After traveling to Ashley Home Furniture Store and Art Van, I left undecided and irritable from being bombarded at the door and still without a mattress. Jackie was observant, patient, kind, attentive and more than insightful. She made shopping for a new mattress a pleasurable experience with her personability. To Jackie, I wasn’t a number. I left Mattress Firm in the best of spirits and I can’t wait to sleep BEAUTIFULLY on my Beauty Rest. Go see what all of my hype is about!!!

  Mr. Jaime Ortiz was great! We walked in with a budget and Mr. Ortiz was very helpful in not only exceeding our budget but as well as assisting us in making an educated decision. I'd highly recommend!
