  These people LIE!!!! I bought a ring and had to get it resized. The store promised it would be ready in 2 weeks. I went into the store 2 days after it was promised. I was told that it was not sized correctly and would be ready in ANOTHER 2 weeks. I was told that they had called and left me a message the previous day. I showed the clerk that NO ONE had called me on my cell phone. Her comment was oh well! On the day that the ring was supposed to be ready for the SECOND time I called to see if the ring was ready.....It was not. I asked to speak to the manager she informed me that the ring had a chipped stone and the repair department was looking for a stone that matched in colour. This had been going on since it was sent in for resizing. I infotmed her of the LIES that I had been told and, the service I had recieved. She told me that there was nothing that she could do about that. I told her that I would be in soon for a total refund. When I arrived at the store she never apologised to me and just handed me my refund and walked away. I have let my family and friends know about my experience. Iwill NEVER go to another Kay jewlers again!!!!!
