  Received a refrigerator that started making terrible noises within a week of purchase. I called the store to see if they stand behind the product, being such a short time frame from delivery...nope. But I was told by the appliance staff, "it's probably just a fan blade that got bent in delivery. That happens. But whirlpool will send someone out to tweak it." Perfect! I can't wait to have a "tweaked" brand new refrigerator. Buyer beware...at least one other appliance retailer in the area stands behind their products for 2 weeks, and they match prices. That company will definitely be getting my future business.
